*We are not responsible for delayed packages due to shipping carrier. We cannot refund delayed orders due to carrier issue. sorry for the inconvenience.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*******ISSUES WITH INFLATORS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ARE HANDLED DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER. WE CAN (if needed) GET YOU IN CONTACT WITH THE BEST PERSON AT THE MANUFACTURER TO GET YOUR INFLATOR or PRODUCT REPLACED etc.(if within warranty).**********
Returns
You have 3 business days to return an item from the date you received it. All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receiving OR picking up the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL returns/exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you received FREE SHIPPING ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund as well.

Refunds/Exchanges
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned package. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or a credit to your account with us to use on your next purchase.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
NON-PICKED UP ORDERS
-MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF PLACING ORDER.
-IF NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS, ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS 15% RESTOCKING FEE BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD.
